The dividend is typical but not guaranteed. The Sparrey Consulting Group ("SCG") retains sole discretion in deciding to agree to serve any referred client. Subsequent client refunds will be deducted from the SCG Dividend Participant's ("Participant") account at the rate it was added. Participants must be designated as referrers by the client being referred at the time of engagement with SCG. If more than one Participant is designated by the client, dividends will be split equally amongst all designated Participants.

 

Dividends may be distributed in the form of credit for SCG services ("in-kind services"), charitable donation to DonorsChoose, or cash payments. Dividends are issued in March of the calendar year following when they were earned, at which time Participants will receive an annual statement summarizing their activity. At that time, Participants may choose to receive their dividend as a cash withdrawal or as a charitable donation, or retain within their account for present or future payment of in-kind services. Cash withdrawals or charitable donations will be calculated and paid out at 5% of paid billings from referred clients from the prior calendar year, whereas in-kind services will be available for use at a rate of 10% of paid billings from referred clients from the prior calendar year. All cash payments and charitable donations are final and non-refundable. Cash payments are provided via PayPal - to receive your dividend as cash, email SCG with your PayPal contact information. Participants are wholly responsible for providing the correct contact information to SCG. Cash payments exceeding IRS limits will result in a Form 1099 being issued to the Participant. Participants are responsible for all taxes resulting from their participation in the SCG Dividend Program.

​​Memberships can be cancelled anytime upon written notice to SCG. Only Participants can redeem their dividend. Participants' membership and account balance is non-transferrable. SCG Dividend Program can be amended or ended by SCG at any time.
