The Sparrey Consulting Group is continuing to build our Careers and Kids program, with elite young female leaders. The program first launched in 2021, bringing together small groups of first-time moms to share the joys and challenges of returning to work after the birth of a child (sometimes children)! The program grew from research that began more than a decade ago and intends to give first-time parents tools to get off to a strong start. We work in a small group format to ensure that families, kids, and careers thrive.

The six sessions will launch in the three months leading up to maternity leave and will continue through three months of leave. Groups will have the option of continuing their connection after the six sessions. Topics include: Communicating Your Plans, Building Your Village, and Role Playing Your Return.
